Caipiroska
- 2 Key Limes (cut into quarters)

- 50 ml Tequila
- 1 cup Hot Black Coffee

Cucaracha
- 30 ml Tequila

30 ml Coffee Liqueur
In a tequila glass, pour the coffee liqueur and slowly add the tequila to the top, trying not to mix it with the coffee liqueur below. Light the drink on fire using a standard lighter (do not use matches or Zippo-style lighters) by warming the top of the drink until a blue flame appears (this process takes a couple of minutes). Once the drink has its beautiful blue flame, insert a straw, and drink immediately before the straw melts.
Margarita
- 50 ml Tequila
- 30 ml Triple Sec
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- Salt
Before starting the preparation, take the glass (ideally a margarita glass, or otherwise a wide champagne or martini glass) and salt the rim as follows: Take a lemon wedge and rub it along the rim of the glass. Then, dip the lemon-coated rim into fine salt placed on a plate (a thin layer of a couple of millimeters). Let it sit for a few minutes before pouring the drink inside. For the preparation, place all ingredients (except the salt, which was just for the rim) in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in the salted glass. Garnish with a slice of key lime on the rim.
Note: For a Frozen Margarita, blend everything in a blender with crushed ice and serve without straining directly into the glass.
Bar Secret: You can replace lemon juice with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, etc.
Sangrita (for approximately 14 people)
- 750 ml Tequila (1 Bottle)
- 450 ml Tomato Juice
- 225 ml Orange Juice
- 115 ml Lemon Juice
- ¾ Jalapeño Pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
- 1 Dash Tabasco
- 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- ¾ Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
- Salt to Taste
Mix all ingredients (except the tequila) in a large pitcher (at least 2 liters) and chill for at least one hour (the longer it chills, the spicier it gets). When ready, transfer the mixture to another room-temperature pitcher. The Sangrita is now ready. To drink, pour tequila into tequila glasses (caballitos, shot glasses, etc.) and serve the Sangrita in separate glasses. First, drink the tequila entirely, then immediately follow it with the Sangrita. Alternatively, Sangrita can be enjoyed on its own in an On the Rocks glass with ice.
Silk Stockings
- 50 ml Tequila
- 30 ml White Cacao Liqueur
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 Dash Grenadine
- Ground Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients (except cinnamon) in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a cocktail glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Tequila Sunrise
- 50 ml Tequila
- 15 ml Grenadine
- Orange Juice
In a tall glass with ice, add the tequila and fill with orange juice nearly to the top. Pour the grenadine gently over the drink.
Tequilinha
- 2 Key Limes (quartered)
- Granulated Sugar
- 60 ml Tequila
Place the quartered key limes in an On the Rocks glass and add a heaping spoonful of sugar. Using a muddler, press the limes to release all their juice and mix with the sugar. Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with tequila. Stir the drink gently and garnish with a slice of key lime.
Bar Secret: For a milder drink, fill only ¾ of the glass with tequila and top off with pineapple juice.
Whiskey
Rusty Nail
- 50 ml Whiskey
- 50 ml Drambuie
Fill an On the Rocks glass with ice and add the ingredients in the order listed.
Godfather

Note: If you don't have rye whiskey, replace it with bourbon.
Old Fashioned

- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

In an On the Rocks glass, place two sugar cubes and a few drops of Angostura bitters on them. Add a bit of sparkling water to dissolve the sugar. Add ice, whiskey, and lemon peel (without the white pith).
Rob Roy
- 70 ml Scotch Whiskey
- 30 ml Red Vermouth
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
Place all ingredients (except the maraschino) in a tall glass with ice. Stir quickly and serve (without ice) in a martini glass.
Pisco
Pisco Sour
- 70 ml Pisco

Pour the crème de cassis into a champagne glass (ideally a tall flute) and top with champagne.
Mimosa

Pour champagne into a flute glass until halfway, then top with orange juice.
Sangria (recipe for 20 servings)
- 2 Bottles Red Wine
- 100 ml Brandy
- 100 ml Triple Sec
- 1 ¾ - 2 Oranges, peeled and diced
- 1 ¾ - 2 Lemons, peeled and diced
- 3-4 heaping tablespoons Powdered Sugar
Place the diced oranges and lemons in a cold container along with sugar, brandy, and triple sec for at least one hour. Then, mix with the wine in a large bowl. Add ice. Adjust with more brandy, triple sec, and/or sugar to taste.
Vaina
- 50 ml Aged Wine
- 30 ml Cognac
- 30 ml Cacao Liqueur
- 2-3 teaspoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
