What Are Dreams

When we rest, our mind often generates a series of images involving people, places, and situations, which we call dreams. But what are dreams, really? Several perspectives help us understand these phenomena more deeply.

Theory 1: Dreams are manifestations of images—and sometimes sounds—that reveal a mix of common and unusual interactions. They can be seen as a mirror, reflecting aspects of our lives and the human unconscious.

Theory 2: Another view describes dreams as hidden doors to the most intimate and secret parts of our soul, opening onto a "cosmic night" that represents our psyche, existing long before we are aware of the ego and continuing to expand beyond our conscious self.

For many, dreams are also interpreted as signals or warnings of future events, offering an intuition of what may lie ahead.
