Li Ching-Yuen

Li Ching-Yuen, the man said to have lived 256 years, although there are no official records to certify it, is believed to have been born on May 3, 1677, in Sichuan, China. He reportedly married 23 times and had over 200 children, sustained himself on herbs and rice wine, and claimed that the secret to his longevity was to keep a calm heart, sit like a turtle, walk swiftly like a pigeon, and sleep like a dog. He passed away from natural causes on May 6, 1933.
